Qualifications βοΈ
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance for web applications.
Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Next.js.
Extensive experience with QA tools such as Postman, Charles, and Chrome DevTools.
Proven ability to review and understand code.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What Success Looks Like π
Defect Detection and Resolution: Successfully identify, report, and assist in resolving at least 95% of software defects before they reach the production environment.
Code Review Effectiveness: Contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback that results in improvement in code quality and efficiency.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product functionality and architecture, evidenced by the ability to accurately answer inquiries related to these areas.
Customer-Centric Development: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by advocating for end-user needs during software development lifecycle.
QA Process Improvement: Implement process improvements that enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness by at least 20% within the first year.
