The onboarding call takes about 30 minutes, during which we'll train you on the platform and collect key information to set up your account: (1) Hotel brand and location(s), (2) List of suppliers you typically purchase from and their ordering methods, and (3) User details (names/emails/role). After this, it will take 2-4 weeks for our system to configure everything and train our AI. Once done, you'll have full access to Lilo.
