Go to your account page and click on ORDERS. Here you will find the order's summary and the last expected delivery date of each item, along with their status: Processing; Preparing Delivery; In Transit; Delivered; Canceled.
Once an order has been fully delivered or if there is any problem before delivery, we will update you via email. If there is a problem, we may ask for your confirmation before proceeding, since you may want a cancelation, re-shipment, or an item replacement.
