We make mistakes too. Go to your account page, click on ORDERS, and on the order you want to cancel. Once our system processes and order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be fully canceled. If your order still shows as "Processing", then cancelation will be easy. If any other status, cancelation will depend on the vendors involved in the order. In any case, if you need to cancel an order, be sure to make it as soon as possible.
